Tracking Transformation
What if you were able to track the process of transformation? This means becoming aware – during the actual process – of all the things that are happening to you during a transforming moment or time. In this workshop you will create a heightened sense of awareness through breath and asanas to become aware of the quality of feeling that lives inside. Tracking what is happening in your yoga poses can be applied to tracking and guiding
transformation in other parts of your life.
Unraveling the Mysteries of Neck, Shoulders & Hips
Create freedom and strength in hip, neck, & shoulders. Learn to safely unlock these habitual tension spots through intensely focused breathwork and asana (including inversions, standing poses, and vinyasa). Strengthen and lengthen the muscles around these joints, and create space in these areas. Walk through your life with grace and freedom
Embodying Spirit
Does your practice brighten or dim your Spirit? Make the choice to brighten up and fascinate in process! Forrest Yoga teaches you to focus your intent on connecting to and Embodying your Spirit. How? By choosing, in the moment, to breathe in a way that brightens you; to do your poses in a way that invites your spirit to permeate into all of your body. This welcomes your spirit home.

Ana has spent 30 years developing Forrest Yoga specifically to address Our People’s (current day) stresses and challenges, both physical and emotional. Forrest Yoga use intense pose sequences, compassionately taught, to develop skills in awakening each of the senses. It teaches you to bring aliveness, using breath, into every cell of your body,

Forrest Yoga helps you connect to your core – getting strong and centered. It uses heat, deep breathing and vigorous sequences to sweat out toxins. The long holds in the pose progressions help you flush, oxygenate and rejuvenate every cell.
As a beginner to Forrest Yoga, you learn to breathe deeply and connect in feeling with your body. As you progress, you get proficient at safely tailoring each pose to work best for you; particularly with physical and emotional injuries. Learning to work honestly at your edges, you develop effective tools to deal with fear and struggle. This makes it possible for integrity, self awareness and playful curiosity to become part of your daily life.
Forrest Yoga does not require strength or flexibility; it only requires that you bring a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly. As you advance in Forrest Yoga, step by step, you learn to intelligently ride your breath into the exhilarating advanced poses. In addition, you learn to exercise your emotional body through the full spectrum of feeling.
