Private instruction is recommended for all students.

At a private session, you can choose to

Deepen your understanding of alignment and posture

Focus specifically on advanced poses or structual alignment for beginning students

Develop a specialized home practice

Work on healing chronic injuries , illnesses and learn to condition your body from head to toe mentally, physically ,emotionally and more…

Explore yoga philosophy and deepen your understanding to specific yoga poses

Have a class geared specifically for your sports group, corporate group orgathering of family and friends.

Rates

Up to 2 participants at studio: $100/hour

Up to 10 participants home/corporate: $150/hour

larger groups please contact us for an estimate for iour individual needs

Fees are paid directly to the teacher in cash or check. Credit Cards can be accepted for longer term corporate sessions. All appointments require at least 24 hours notice to cancel, otherwise the time will count as a session used. In case of cancellation, please contact the teacher directly.
