Raffa Yoga opened to the New England communities in May of 2000. Since then we have provided a safe, compassionate, instructional and educational facility with an amazing group of talented yoga teachers. Our teachers have been trained by some of the most respected and knowledgeable yoga masters worldwide.
AntiGravity® Yoga is a fitness regimen designed by Christopher Harrison to increase one's overall health and physical agility while having fun and creating beauty. AntiGravity® is an acrobatic performance company whose daily workout utilizes the AntiGravity® Hammock. The technique was originally created for athletes and gymnasts and has since been modified and perfected for the everyday athlete. Incorporating components from dance, Pilates and calisthenics, AntiGravity® has created a complete workout that is certain to get you in shape while realigning you from the compression of gravity. AntiGravity® Yoga works to manipulate physics while staying lighthearted.

That's why our Old World offerings provide an opportunity to unplug and disconnect from the stress-inducing pace of each day and provide a space to calm and center oneself, detoxify, and truly relax. After a session at Urban Sweat, you'll be ready to meet the challenges of each day ahead.
The juice bar offers juices by the glass, cleanse packages and 6 packs of juice. You can also add in supplements, herbs and other super foods to give your juice an extra kick. We work closely with raw food chefs in RI and can design a cleanse thats a combination of fresh juices and prepared raw foods.
Our Breathe Yoga Boutique features a variety of high-quality yoga clothing, active wear and accessories from designers including Victoria Keen, Prana, Hard Tail, Be Present, Pink Lotus and more.
